½ kilo potatoes
100 g quickmelt cheese (grated)
50 g mozzarella cheese (sliced into cubes)
3 pieces fresh eggs
100 g all-purpose flour
100 g bread crumbs
TOTAL: PhP154.72
Boil potatoes till soft. Peel the skin and mash before putting the cheese. Divide into equal portion and shape into balls. Dredge the potato balls on egg, all-purpose flour and bread crumbs. Use the tefal brick chicken fryer to fry until golden brown.
